Looking for an experienced management team to manage a 55+ RV and Mobile home Resort in the Rio Grande Valley, TX

 

Job duties for management aspect include experience in a general office with strong communication and marketing skills, attention to detail, computer skills, collecting rents and making deposits, processing monthly reports, enforcing rules and regulations, issuing rule violation notices when necessary, screening prospective residents and processing new resident paperwork.

 

Landscaping, maintenance, and mobile home remodeling is a part of this position. Must have maintenance experience
