FEATURED JOB OPENING: Property Manager Trainees - Dallas, TX

Seeking an experienced couple that is willing to live onsite, especialyl once training is complete. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service and have the ability to effectively grow & maintain occupancy levels. Will be responsible for tenant documentation and files, control delinquency beyond general rent collections and must be physically able to conduct daily walkthroughs of the community to inspecting the homes and home sites. Other responsibilities include upkeep and overall appearance of the property to ensure it is safe, neat, and welcoming. This is a trainee position. You will be assisting the current property manager until properly trained on internal systems. 

Ideal candidate(s) should be computer literate, have management experience, collections, customer service, and/or a sales background. The ideal couple will be firm with rule enforcement. Bilingual is highly preferred (English and Spanish). Applicants are required to have a valid driver's license, High School Diploma or equivalent and must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.
