Primary Duties include:
+ Be the face of the park to Tenants
+ Answer calls/return voicemails on park issues
+ Prepare weekly email update on park activity with pictures for ownership
+ Manage rent collection
+ Oversee maintenance team and third party vendors
+ Assist with leasing vacant units
