Seeking Mobilehome Park Management Team for 250 space park near Bowling Green Ohio: I am seeking experienced mobilehome park managers for a mobile home park in Northwest Ohio near Bowling Green. The team would comprise of both an office management & a property maintenance component. Please only apply if you have at least two years experience in the mobilehome park or similar property management field and two years property maintenance or similar experience.
Job Requirements:
-Good customer relation Skills-professional at all times
-Computer use and skills (internet, email, MS Office, online billing, electronic deposit, etc.)
-Working knowledge of Ohio mobilehome park laws and practices
-Property Maintenance Skills-including knowledge of plumbing, electrical, sprinklers, landscaping, painting, power tools, golf cart maintenance, fence repair, Janitorial, etc.
-Operate, or arrange to have operated ,the park's truck and snowplow and snow removal equipment as required by the weather as required for certain areas of the park.
-Operate , or arrange to have operated, and maintain a riding lawnmower and other equipment & tools.
-For maintenance aspects: able to lift 50lbs, and includes bending, stooping, kneeling, digging etc.
- Property management certificates or other courses a plus
-Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance
-Maintain a professional office & files
-Working knowledge of privacy laws, housing laws
-Willing to work closely & directly with the park owner
-Comply with background checks and common employment requirements.
Job Duties: All aspects of managing the property including but not limited to:
-Billing & collections
-Maintaining a complete file & record for the property
-Processing applications for new homeowners/prospective homeowners
-Leasing paperwork-prepare and execute lease contracts and park regulations
-Property maintenance as required
-Manage sub-meter utility system including water meter swap-outs etc.
-Manage contractors & sub-contractors
-Provide excellent customer satisfaction and interactions
-Maintain a daily log for the property
-Telephone calls
-Create & deliver reports to owners/supervising manager as required
-Manage a petty cash fund
-Enforce the park rules and regulations
The position includes the use of a mobile home onsite and includes utilities (gas, electric, & water) and a salary. Please send BOTH resumes and salary requirements by responding to this ad. Additionally, we are looking for managers that will be able to help with mobilehome sales and organizing new move-ins and to work to increase park occupancy. The sales aspect would offer additional performance based commissions/compensation.
