Property management firm seeking COUPLE WITH MINIMUM 10 YEARS PRIOR EXPERIENCE to run a 431 site property in JACKSONVILLE, FL.
Postion requires you to LIVE ON SITE, this is non-negotiable.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Previous experience in management of on-site staff a MUST; interviewing, hiring/firing
- Increase occupancy through the sale of community owned homes
- Physically walk and inspect community and vacant units on a daily basis to address issues and verify standards of living
- Minimize delinquencies through collection efforts and follow-up ensuring timely payments and eviction proceedings if necessary
- Oversee office, maintenance and contractors ensuring proper training and completion of assigned tasks
- Receive, process, approve and submit all incoming community invoices to the corporate office for payment
- Collect, post and deposit all monies collected in a timely manner.
Skills required:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in interaction with a wide variety of resident customers and staff
- Responsible, accountable, self-motivating and able to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and organized and all aspects
- Take charge attitude and not afraid to ask questions and seek answers
