We are seeking a manager/maintenance team for our senior mobile home community in beautiful Mesa, AZ.

Applicants should have good oral and written communication skills, excellent people skills, sales experience and be computer literate. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate with residents, vendors and management. Able to work independently. Ability to follow-up with sales leads. Must be punctual, dependable and trustworthy. Interested applicants should email resume with qualifications and job history. A thorough background check will be completed prior to hiring.

OFFICE DUTIES: • Collect monthly rents • Record all payments • Make deposits • Show and sell available homes • Screen prospective tenants • Prepare and sign all leases • Prepare rent rolls • Coordinate with vendors • Handle tenant concerns.

MAINTENANCE DUTIES: • Mowing lawn • Cleaning and maintaining of the pool • Keeping common areas clean • Keeping weeds in check • Opening and closing of the clubhouse • Enforcing community rules • Checking and maintaining equipment • Minor repairs as needed and possible mobile home repairs.

REQUIREMENTS: • Must live on site in managers home (rent free) • Must pass background check • Must have related experience • Must have valid driver license • Must be a self starter • Position is for two • No pets

SALARY: $2,600 per month for couple Plus free rent and utilities. +sales commissions
