Manufactured Home Community Manager Team:

Seeking highly motivated HANDS ON team: will be responsible for collections, bookkeeping entry and report generating. Basic understanding of landlord/tenant laws. Ability to effectively market homes is critical! Must be customer service oriented and able to multi-task. Duties may include leasing, filing, billing, collections. Experience with MS Word and Excel. Experience with painting, drywall, plumbing, roofing, work-order repairs, and clean up. Skilled with landscaping equipment and basic tools for repairs needed. Good people skills.

This is a full-time position with medical insurance and 401k. Annual salary will be commensurate with experience.
