Estate Manager or Couple Team needed to maintain and manage a private island off of the Pacific Coast of Panama.

Must be able to speak Spanish & English fluently and be the point person for the entire island; from service to systems. Principal is insistent on high-end service experience as he does at all of his properties. He wants these skills in a person(s) that is comfortable in a living and working in a unique and different style setting with the willingness to learn and adapt. Must have ability to provide high-end service while maintaining systems and managing staff in an extremely remote location. Must have the ability of finding, hiring, training and retaining this staff (estimate 10-12 permanent staff). Principal in residence 3 months of the year; boutique hotel possibilities.
