We are in need of an individual or team to oversee the management and maintenance of a 55+ manufactured home community in Parkland, Washington. Previous management experience with MHP's or apartments is welcomed, but is NOT required. We look for people with great attitudes, follow through, the ability to talk to anyone and attention to the details.
To be successful as a Community Manager there are two parts to the job. The general office part includes collecting rents, making deposits, enforcing rules and regulations, issuing violation notices, screening prospective residents, handling resident relations and evictions.
Community maintenance is the second part of the job. This includes maintaining the common areas, operating and maintaining landscape equipment and managing maintenance projects to completion. Minor plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills would be a great. There maybe an occasional after hours that will need to be managed.
Your compensation includes on site housing, utilities, competitive salary and paid time off. As the on-site manager you are the mayor, but also a resident of a community.
