We are seeking a restaurant professionals with a proven track record leading a team to achieve consistent execution and maintain exceptional profit margins. Candidates should have at least 2-5 years’ current experience in a full service, upscale dinning. We are searching for professionals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, approachable communication style, leadership skills, a stable work history and above all: the proven ability to execute consistently while managing profit and loss. 

Chef – Possiable signing bonus and profit sharing package for eligible applicants who meet our job requirements.

Job Requirements

We are looking for the best to lead our team and execute our new menu for our upcoming tourist season. Please apply if you meet the following requirements:

·         3-4 years of current kitchen manager or chef experience, or 1-2 years’ experience with the completion of a formal culinary education

·         Strong restaurant profit and loss management background and knowledge

·         Possess exceptional people skills (including hiring/training) and ability to take direction for the betterment of the business

·         Possess problem solving skills

·         Proven track record for menu design, cost and quality controls

·         A drive to create the best restaurant in the region
