Large mixed farm at Pennant, Saskatchewan.
Pedigreed seed grower with cow calf operation, back grounding feedlot.
We require a herdsperson for a 300 cow-calf operation. Couples encouraged to apply.
This person will feed, calve out and monitor pastures for the herd.
This will require vaccinating cattle, maintaining fences and watering systems.
This person will run mower-conditioners, balers and semi-trailer hay trucks.
This position requires maintenance and repair of chore equipment and corrals.
We use modern up-to-date equipment that is easy to operate and requires little repair.
Some grain enterprise work would be required at seeding and harvest.
Year round employment with housing provided.
Valid driver's license required with preference for 1A.
Lots of hours, no shortage of work, will train the right candidate.
