The Katepwa RV Park is seeking the services of a Campground Manager (Couple):

Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to and facilitate the needs and requirements of the seasonal campers
- Supervise the operations and maintenance of campground roads, water/sewer system, grounds and sanitary services.
- Supervise the cleaning, repair and upkeep of buildings and facilities at the RV Park
- Responsible for all "front desk" duties in the operation of the "Family Nine" Golf Course - Maintain security services, enforce rules/bylaws, Marshall the Family Nine Golf course plus undertake appropriate/corrective action
- Monitor upgrades, additions and alterations to campers sites
- Oversee the delivery of services provided by outsides trades
- Monitor water quality ( shock water supply wells, monthly sampling)

Position will report to the Property Manager
This is a 5 month contracted position which commences May 1st to September 30"
Contract  amount - $30,020
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative, good organizing and supervision ability
- Background in business or campground management
- Couple preferred
