On-site caretaker in Newton area to fill-in for the present commercial building caretaker needed for the period of 6 to 12 months (extension possible). Start ASAP.
Perspective person would work for approximately 40 hours per Month in exchange for a bright good-sized One-bedroom + den apartment, which is fully furnished and equipped.
This position would suit a non-smoker, non-drinker single person or couple. Pet considered.
