Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team - Toronto, ON

We are currently seeking a Two-Person Assistant Superintendent Team to live and work at an apartment building in Toronto. You will be responsible for cleaning the common areas of the property (i.e. hallways, stairs, elevators), minor maintenance repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, and customer service.

We are a leading residential property management company with properties across Canada. Our properties are clean, quiet and attract quality residents who will attest to our unique standards of service.  You will live on-site and will work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and will be on-call some evenings each week. No experience is required and training is provided. Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance is considered an asset. Compensation includes a two-bedroom apartment, salary and benefits. Please note: This is a position for two people who will live in a shared apartment. Only applications with two candidates will be considered.
