Permanent Apartment Manager / Maintenance couple needed for a 52 unit USDA/Tax Credit community in Payson Utah. Salary plus (3) bedroom apartment and utilities.Knowledge of USDA and Tax Credit qualifying helpful but not necessary. Must have a working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, painting etc. and have own tools. This position is open now and training will be provided with actual start date as 2-16-2012.
