Looking for Apartment Manager team for a beautiful gated 21 unit community
Handyman skills MANDATORY. Basic/intermediate plumbing, electrical, tile & drywall skills.
Must have excellent communication , organization & coordinating abilities. Able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks concurrently. Must have own computer, working cell phone & transportation. Bi-lingual a plus.
We need a "take charge" Manager TEAM who is proactive..because YOU will be running the entire property. This job requires many hats..we need a couple who is willing to share the job responsibility. One may have an outside job. You must be willing to submit to a drug & background check.
